Pathways to Work & Housing Resources, Inc. operates from Dutchess County, offering virtual guidance and referrals to individuals and families across New York State is dedicated to supporting individuals and families facing housing and life challenges. We provide mentorship, guidance, and community support to youth, young adults, and families navigating housing instability. We welcome and support children and adults with autism, ensuring we connect them with inclusive programs that meet their unique needs. Our goal is to help every person build confidence, independence, and the tools they need to thrive.

Who We Serve

Parent Resource and Referral Support Services for Families of Children with Autism.

This program supports parents of children with autism by connecting them to helpful resources and services. It offers guidance and community support through referrals. This helps build stability, love and understanding in the home.

Veteran, Advocacy,Resource, and Referral Network

This program supports veterans by connecting them to helpful resources and referral services. It helps guide access to housing, benefits, and community support. This strengthens stability, respect and quality of life.

Guiding Today's Youth Toward Greatness

This program helps guide youth through mentorship, support and positive resources. It encourages growth, confidence, and healthy decision-making. The focus is building a strong foundation for their future and helping them reach greatness.

Support, Referral, and Resource program for Seniors

This program connects individuals and families to helpful resources and support services. It offers guidance through referrals to community programs and assistant options. This helps create stability, support and stronger community connections.

Supporting Single Fathers Through Resource, Referral Services, and Peer Support Groups

This program provides resources, referrals, and support servicws for single fathers. It connects fathers to community assistance, guidance and helpful programs that support stability and family needs. It also offers a peer support group to encourage connection, encouragement, and shared experiences.

Community Resource Program & Support Services

This program helps individuals and families connect to important community resources and support services. It provides guidance, referrals, and assistance for youth, seniors, veterans, returning citizens, and parents. The focus is on building stronger, more stable, and supported communities.
