We connect individuals and families to essential community resources and support services that promote stability, independence, and opportunity. We provide referrals and guidance in areas such as housing, employment, youth programs, family support, and more.


Do you provide direct financial assistance?

No. We do not provide direct cash assistance. We focus on connecting individuals and families to existing community programs, agencies, and resources that can help.


Where are your services located?

We primarily serve Dutchess County, New York for in-person support. We also provide virtual and referral-based services throughout New York State.

What is the Milestone Project?

The Milestone Project supports youth and young adults (ages 15–25) by providing access to prom attire, graduation outfits, and other milestone-related needs such as interviews, presentations, and special events.


Do you support individuals with autism?

Yes. We provide autism and developmental support referrals, as well as a parent support circle for caregivers seeking guidance, resources, and community connections.


What is the First-Time Mothers Support Program?

This program connects new mothers to resources, education, and community support to help them navigate early parenting with confidence and support.


Do you work with seniors?

Yes. Our Seniors Support Program provides referrals, light support connections, and social engagement opportunities to help seniors maintain independence and well-being.


Do you help veterans?

Yes. We connect veterans to housing resources, benefits assistance, employment support, and community services.


Do you help people re-entering society after incarceration?

Yes. Our Returning Citizens Support Program provides referrals and support to help individuals reconnect with housing, employment, and community resources.


How long does it take to get a response?

We aim to respond within 24–72 hours depending on request volume.

Is there a cost for your services?

No. Our services are free and focused on connecting individuals to community resources.
