The Goal Achievement & Success Planning Program helps young adults identify their aspirations, create realistic action plans, and develop the skills necessary to achieve personal, educational, employment, and independent living goals. Through structured planning, accountability, and ongoing support, participants are empowered to take meaningful steps toward a successful future.
Program Age Range: 18–24
To assist young adults in setting achievable goals, developing personalized success plans, and building the confidence and accountability needed to accomplish their objectives.
Encourage personal growth and self-development. - Help participants establish realistic and measurable goals. - Promote accountability and responsibility.
Support educational, employment, and independent living objectives. - Increase confidence, motivation, and self-sufficiency.
Foster long-term planning and decision-making skills.
Participants work with program staff or mentors to identify goals and create personalized action plans tailored to their needs and aspirations.
Participants learn how to establish short-term and long-term goals and break them down into manageable steps.
Regular check-ins help participants evaluate progress, address challenges, and adjust plans when needed.
Support is provided to strengthen self-confidence, motivation, resilience, and problem-solving skills.
Participants receive guidance related to educational achievements, workforce preparation, and career advancement goals.
Participants develop plans related to housing stability, financial responsibility, personal growth, and community engagement.
Participants are encouraged and recognized for reaching milestones and accomplishing goals throughout the program.
Participants receive referrals to community resources, educational programs, employment services, and support organizations that align with their goals.

The Goal Achievement & Success Planning Program provides mentorship, coaching, educational support, and resource referrals. Program staff and volunteers are not licensed therapists, counselors, attorneys, financial advisors, or medical professionals. Participants requiring specialized services will be referred to appropriate community resources.
