The Life Skills Development Program helps young adults develop the practical skills needed to successfully navigate everyday life, make informed decisions, and achieve greater independence. Through education, coaching, and supportive guidance, participants gain tools that promote personal responsibility, self-sufficiency, and long-term stability.
Program Age Range: 18–24
To equip young adults with essential life skills that support independence, personal growth, responsible decision-making, and successful transitions into adulthood.

Participants learn practical skills that support daily living, including household management, personal responsibility, and self-advocacy.

The Life Skills Development Program provides educational support, coaching, mentorship, and resource referrals. Program staff and volunteers are not licensed therapists, counselors, psychiatrists, attorneys, financial advisors, or medical professionals. Participants requiring specialized services will be referred to appropriate community resources.
