Founder & Executive Director
Leads the vision, mission, and overall operations of the organization.
She brings a diverse background in administrative support, client services, resource coordination, and community assistance. Her professional experience includes serving as a Program Assistant with Access Supports for Living, where she worked in a mental health services setting assisting individuals with appointment coordination, transportation arrangements, resource referrals, and access to supportive services. Through this role, she gained valuable experience helping individuals navigate complex service systems and connect with essential community resources.
Clarissa brings extensive administrative, organizational, and client support experience developed throughout her professional career. She served as a Program Assistant with Access: Supports for Living for two years, where she supported individuals in a mental health services setting by assisting with appointment coordination, transportation arrangements, and resource referrals.
She also brings over 20 years of administrative and professional experience through her work with ManpowerGroup (10 years), HCC Specialty (8 years), and a contract assignment supporting IBM (9 years). Through these roles, she developed strong skills in operations, organization, communication, customer service, and administrative support.
In addition to her professional experience, Clarissa has firsthand experience navigating housing challenges and understands the barriers individuals and families often face when seeking stability, resources, and support. Her experiences have strengthened her commitment to helping others access opportunities, overcome obstacles, and build brighter futures.
As a survivor of homelessness and domestic violence, Clarissa is passionate about empowering individuals and families through guidance, resource navigation, and community support. Inspired by both her professional and lived experiences, she founded Pathways to Work & Housing Resources, Inc. to help bridge gaps in services and connect people to the resources they need to achieve stability, independence, and hope.
Through her leadership, the organization is dedicated to empowering youth, supporting seniors, and helping individuals and families navigate pathways toward opportunity and long-term success.

Vice President
Supports organizational leadership and program development.Eden Barbour brings strong academic achievement and a commitment to youth and community development to her role as Vice President of Pathways to Work & Housing Resources, Inc.
She is a college graduate who earned recognition on the President’s List for academic excellence. Eden also has experience working with youth facing behavioral and social challenges, supporting their development, guidance, and personal growth.
Her background reflects a strong dedication to helping young people build structure, confidence, and positive direction in their lives. In her role, she supports organizational leadership, program development, and community engagement initiatives that strengthen the organization’s mission.
Treasurer
Oversees financial management and organizational accountability.Alison Foreman is a retired educator with over 20 years of experience working in the school system in Rockland County. During her career, she worked closely with youth facing academic, behavioral, and personal challenges, providing guidance, structure, and support to help them succeed.
Her professional background reflects a long-standing commitment to supporting young people and families through education and personal development.
In her role as Treasurer of Pathways to Work & Housing Resources, Inc., Alison provides financial oversight, organizational accountability, and supports the fiscal stability of the organization. Her experience and dedication strengthen the organization’s mission and community impact.
Director
Gasnier Barthold is a community-minded individual who supports the mission of Pathways to Work & Housing Resources, Inc. through his willingness to contribute time, insight, and assistance to the organization.
As a Director, he provides general support to organizational initiatives and contributes to the overall growth and development of programs that serve individuals and families in need. His involvement reflects a commitment to community service and helping strengthen resources available to the public.
Director
Isaiah Catholic has experience working with children and adults on the autism spectrum, providing day-to-day support and assistance tailored to individual needs.
His work focuses on helping individuals build structure, improve daily functioning, and access appropriate support services. He brings patience, understanding, and hands-on experience supporting individuals with developmental and behavioral needs.
As a Director of Pathways to Work & Housing Resources, Inc., Isaiah contributes to community engagement and supports the organization’s mission of connecting individuals and families to essential resources and services.
Director
Camille Bridgewater is a dedicated community supporter and Director of Pathways to Work & Housing Resources, Inc. She brings a strong personal commitment to family, education, and youth development.
She is a parent of three children, including one who has graduated high school and earned an associate’s degree, and another who has successfully completed middle school. Her experience as a parent has strengthened her understanding of the importance of education, structure, and support systems for young people as they grow and succeed.
As a Director, Camille supports organizational initiatives, community outreach, and program development efforts that align with the mission of helping individuals and families access essential resow and succeed.
Volunteer
Lance Campbell is a retired United States military veteran who proudly served his country. As an injured veteran, he brings firsthand understanding of the challenges many veterans face during and after military service.
Lance is passionate about supporting fellow veterans by helping connect them to resources, encouragement, and community support. He is also committed to mentoring youth and young adults, sharing life experiences, leadership skills, and positive guidance to help them navigate life's challenges and opportunities.
As a Volunteer of Pathways to Work & Housing Resources, Inc., Lance supports the organization's Veterans Support Program and youth-focused initiatives, helping strengthen the organization's commitment to service, mentorship, and community engagement.

Jessie is a hardworking single father, he demonstrates dedication, resilience, and compassion every day. He works tirelessly to provide for his son while instilling the values of responsibility, kindness, and respect. His commitment to his family reflects the qualities that make an exceptional volunteer. I am confident that he will bring the same strong work ethic, dependability, and caring attitude to serving our community. His willingness to give back, despite the many responsibilities he already carries, speaks volumes about his character and his desire to make a positive difference in the lives of others.
