What We Do
Pathways to Work & Housing Resources, Inc. connects individuals and families to resources, guidance, and support services that promote stability, independence, and personal growth.
We help people navigate community resources, strengthen life skills, and access opportunities that lead to a brighter future.
Our services include:
Youth Empowerment & Independence Program – Mentorship, life skills development, educational guidance, career readiness, and resource connections that empower youth and young adults to achieve independence.
Housing & Resource Navigation – Connecting individuals and families with housing resources, employment support, benefits information, and community services that encourage long-term stability and self-sufficiency.
Senior Support Services – Linking older adults to community resources, referrals, and support services that promote independence, dignity, and quality of life.
Milestone Project – Celebrating youth achievements through recognition, encouragement, and milestone support opportunities that inspire confidence and continued success.
Additional Community Support Programs – Providing resource connections and referrals for returning citizens, veterans, single fathers, and families seeking autism-related community resources as programs become available.

We proudly serve Dutchess County and surrounding areas, with virtual and referral-based support available throughout New York State.
