Pathways to Work & Housing Resources, Inc. was created out of a deep understanding of the challenges individuals and families face when trying to access stable housing and essential community resources.
The organization began with a simple goal: to help connect people to the support they need when they are unsure where to turn. Over time, that goal developed into a structured nonprofit focused on referral-based services, community support, and resource navigation.
Our founder recognized the gaps that exist within housing systems, employment support, and community services, and committed to building a pathway that helps individuals move toward stability, independence, and opportunity.
Since its creation, Pathways to Work & Housing Resources, Inc. has continued to grow through community connections, partnerships, and a strong commitment to serving those in need. Today, the organization supports individuals and families across Dutchess County and surrounding areas through guidance, referrals, and supportive programs.
We remain committed to meeting people where they are and helping them find the resources needed to move forward.
Every pathway begins with a single connection
