The Housing & Resource Navigation Program provides information, guidance, mentorship, support, and resource referrals. Pathways to Work & Housing Resources does not provide emergency housing, rental assistance, legal representation, case management, or guaranteed housing placement. Housing availability and eligibility are determined by external agencies and service providers. Participants requiring specialized services will be referred to appropriate community organizations.
